BBP management

Programme Director - Keith Bugden

Keith is Programme Director of the BBP and a director of RPI Consult Ltd, providing strategic advice on all aspects of sustainability in the commercial real estate industry. He was a board director at Hermes Real Estate, during which time he was responsible for an extensive commercial development portfolio and is credited with developing and managing Hermes' market leading Responsible Property Investment (RPI) programme. Keith is Chair of the BBP's Green Lease Working Group, sits on the committee of the Green Property Alliance and on the UK Green Building Council Rapid Response Team. He is a corresponding member of the British Property Federation Sustainability Committee.

Keith is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

Programme Manager - Christopher Botten

Christopher Botten is the Programme Manager for the Better Buildings Partnership. His responsibilities cover the day to day management of the BBP and the running of the Working Groups. Chris first started out as a Climate Change Officer for the London Climate Change Agency before working as a Project Manager in the London Development Agency Environment and Climate Change Team.

Christopher holds an MSc in Sustainable Environmental Management.
