The commercial building stock represents 33% of London’s CO2 emissions, and is an area where significant CO2 savings can be achieved.
Commercial landlords have an important role to play in reducing CO2 emissions from their buildings but need to work with their managing agents and building occupiers in delivering these savings.
The Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) and Green500 are holding a FREE morning workshop hosted by some of London's most prominent landlords and occupiers working together to develop sustainability solutions to the commercial property market.
The forum will comprise of a series of interactive workshops in the following key areas:
-
Green Leases and the role of the Managing Agent
-
Sustainable Property Benchmarking
-
Financing Sustainable Retrofit
Each workshop will focus on the work undertaken by the BBP to date, providing delegates with the opportunity to discuss the challenges and barriers faced in reducing carbon emissions in their own properties.
