    Working with our members to help understand how the efficient operation and installation of new technologies can help them capitalise on the opportunities for improving the sustainability performance of their buildings.

    Supporting property agents in their understanding in how sustainability can be incorporated into the services they provide their clients.

  • Managing Agents Partnership

    The BBP Managing Agents Partnership provides Managing Agents with a platform to support each other by sharing practical information, improving understanding of common challenges and discussing how best to deliver their clients’ sustainability requirements.

  • Occupier Engagement

    Working with our members to develop solutions and opportunities to promote greater collaboration between owners and occupiers on the environmental performance of their properties.

  • Market Transformation

    Improving our members’ understanding of how market transformation concepts can be adopted in the real estate sector as well as share knowledge on how these concepts are being implemented in practice by BBP members.
