Working Groups
The BBP has identified five key focus areas, in which barriers need to be overcome to further the uptake of sustainable practices in existing commercial building stock and has set up following working groups to address these:

- Owner Occupier Partnerships
- Sustainability Benchmarks
- Property Agents
- Sustainable Retrofit
