The Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) has today announced that Astrea Asset Management has joined as a new member, taking the membership up to 46 members.
Astrea is a specialist London-based asset and development manager. Responsible for the repositioning of a large Central London portfolio which includes the Berkeley Square Estate, Astrea has a strong focus on improving performance in all areas of the portfolio, not least the environmental credentials of the Estate and enhancing the wellbeing of building occupiers.
Prior to joining the BBP, Astrea had introduced BBP Green Lease Toolkit’s Memorandum of Understanding to drive a focus on sustainability with their tenants; alongside ensuring that their entire estate is supplied with energy from REGO certified sources. Astrea is pioneering and championing new smart technologies with great success including extending the M&E life cycle, improving efficiencies, reducing reactive maintenance time, and minimising vehicle movements across the estate.
Astrea have set ambitious ESG targets at both a corporate and asset level and are currently developing their pathway to be Net Zero by 2030. Find out more here.
