For the second year in a row, Grosvenor has published an integrated report, incorporating the environmental findings into their annual review. This allows Grosvenor to present to its shareholders the integration of the company's sustainability strategy into their reporting strategy overall.

The Annual Review details how Grosvenor took further steps in 2014 in pursuit of their ‘Living cities’ philosophy, their sustainability strategy label. Some of the highlights of the report are that for the 5th consecutive year Grosvenor has decreased its energy and water like-for-like consumption, by 7 and 5% respectively for their worldwide portfolio. Also, 100% of their total waste collected in Britain and Ireland over the last year was diverted from landfill, giving them a 93% diversion from landfill figure for their total portfolio.

Grosvenor's 119 Ebury Street in London was also the first ‘listed building’ to achieve a BREEAM ‘outstanding’ rating.
