BMO Real Estate Partners

BMO Real Estate Partners is a property specialist that manages assets of circa £6.4 billion* for clients across Europe. They operate as part of BMO Global Asset Management with a remit to create and manage successful property investment portfolios for both institutional and private clients, and an aim of exceeding expectation and delivering outperformance.

BMO Real Estate has emerged from a history of corporate activity and can trace its heritage back to its Quaker origins and Friends Provident. Its parent group, now BMO Global Asset Management, has a long history and pedigree in the ethical investment space, having been the first to launch an ethical stewardship fund back in 1984. Today, BMO UK Property Fund, managed by BMO Real Estate Partners, was the first UK property fund to achieve recognition from the Living Wage Foundation, something they are keen to expand to other client funds under our management.

They are committed to delivering superior investment performance and recognise the fundamental contribution that the ever-evolving range of environmental and social factors can have on that aim. Their approach is a structured one which allows every individual engaged across the range of property functions to contribute towards the integration of sustainability into day to day activity, whilst their overriding strategy looks to keep that approach relevant, tuned and fit for purpose.

Key Facts:

  • First UK real estate fund to achieve accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation
