Regional REIT’s commercial property portfolio is wholly in the UK and comprises, predominantly, offices located in the regional centres of the UK, outside of the M25 motorway. The portfolio is geographically diversified, amounting to 154 properties and 1,076 tenants as at 31 December 2022, with a valuation of £789.5m.
