Diana Sanchez Barajas

Diana is Head of Climate Action & Investment, where she leads the BBP’s work to support the commercial real estate sector in accelerating climate action and embedding sustainability into investment and decision-making.

Diana brings nearly 20 years’ experience in strategy, governance and organisational transformation, including 10 years at Hoare Lea, working at the intersection of sustainability, economics and ethics. She has worked with a range of organisations to embed sustainability and responsibility into core strategy, decision-making and operations, translating environmental, social and commercial challenges into practical action and long-term value.

With a strong focus on systems thinking and collaboration, Diana’s experience spans both Executive and Board level, building teams, developing new propositions and driving organisational and cultural change.
