Fiera Real Estate’s UK division is part of a global real estate investment management platform focusing on both creating and actively managing core assets for investors. The UK business was founded in 1992 and directly manages c.£980million of principally commercial real estate assets.

This affords investors unique access to some of the best deal flow and entrepreneurial managers across the UK, via a granular approach utilising local management skills. Fiera Real Estate globally manages over USD5.6billion of commercial real estate through its investment funds and accounts (as at 30th September 2022).
Fiera Real Estate is wholly owned by Fiera Capital Corporation, a leading multi-product investment management firm with USD121.4billion of assets under management. Fiera Capital provides Fiera Real Estate with access to global investment market intelligence, which enhances its ability to innovate within a framework that emphasises risk assessment and mitigation.
