The Better Buildings Partnership has published its Consultation Responses to the governments following consultations:
- Introducing a performance-based policy framework in large commercial and industrial buildings in England and Wales
- Introducing performance-based ratings in commercial and industrial offices above 1,000m² in England and Wales: phase 1 of the introduction of a national performance-based policy framework
