Savills Investment Management
An independent subsidiary of the Savills group, Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is a leading global real estate investment manager with 30+ years of expertise in equity and more recently debt. We have over €24bn of assets under management globally, including c.€5.8bn in the UK. Our global platform of 17 offices in 14 countries is led by a team with hundreds of years of combined global real estate and investment management experience.
Our corporate vision is to be the property investment manager of choice, recognised for our expertise in restorative real estate investments. We seek to put more back into society and the planet than we take out, with the aim to go beyond ‘net zero’ not just doing no harm but helping to restore nature, become climate positive and support a greener economy. We aim to achieve this by channeling the principles of responsible investment through everything we do. As an asset manager we will collaborate with our investors, occupiers and supply chain to deliver this ambition, focusing our attention on where we can contribute most through three key focus areas: climate actions, people and nature. This is consistent with our objective to encourage, promote and enforce good corporate governance and awareness of ESG issues across our business activities, wherever possible to enable people, communities and eco-systems to thrive.
We have been a proud signatory of GRESB since 2012 and the UN-aligned Principles for Responsible Investment since 2014. We report our policy and practices publicly on the PRI website and document our ESG activities and guidance in our annual report and Responsible Investment Policy on our website here.
