In October 2025, it agreed to acquire the nearby St Pancras Hospital site from the North London Foundation Trust, further strengthening its presence and long-term commitment to the area. Beyond London, the portfolio includes 200 acres of forestry land across four sites in Scotland, where more than 600,000 trees will have been planted by spring 2026, reinforcing the Group’s dedication to long-term environmental stewardship.
