Frasers Property UK Signs Climate Change Commitment After Joining Better Buildings Partnership

The Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) is delighted to announce Frasers Property UK as the latest member to join the BBP.

Frasers Property UK is part of Frasers Property, a multinational real estate company listed in Singapore with over £21bn of assets under management. The BBP’s Climate Change Commitment unites signatories in targeting carbon net zero by 2050 and commits signatories to publish their net zero pathways by the end of this year.

Frasers Property UK’s membership brings the total number of BBP members to 33, representing a significant share of UK commercial real estate owners, signalling the industry’s commitment to sustainability in the built environment and demonstrating leadership in achieving carbon reduction goals.

To date, the Climate Change Commitment has been signed by 26 companies representing over 11,000 commercial properties globally - over £300bn AUM - and responsible for over 1.2 million tonnes of carbon emissions per annum.
