Looking Ahead: Our 2030 Vision
Accelerating Sustainability in Commercial Real Estate.
Our impact doesn’t stop with what’s been achieved - it’s about shaping the future of sustainability in real estate.
In January 2025, BBP launched its 2030 Vision, setting out an ambitious roadmap for the decade ahead and defining how BBP and its members will accelerate market transformation across the built environment.
The Vision focuses on three guiding principles that will shape BBP’s work and influence in the years to come:
Amplify – expanding the reach and influence of BBP’s projects, demonstrating how leadership drives industry transformation.
Embed – integrating practical tools and standards into day-to-day decision-making.
Pioneer – evolving our programme’s to address emerging challenges and shape future priorities.
Together, these principles reflect BBP’s commitment to collaboration, innovation and measurable impact - driving collective progress towards a net zero, climate-resilient built environment.
“Amplifying the sustainability efforts undertaken by BBP members is an important way of extending our reach and impact. Through sharing our insights and our collaboratively designed, pragmatic and workable tools beyond our members, we are able to drive even more positive change to the industry at large”.
Harry Stokes, Commercial Finance Director at SEGRO and Board Member of the Better Buildings Partnership
